Privacy and Cookie Policy

We believe in being plain about data, and in this case being plain is easy: Casinos-payments.com has no accounts, no logins and no advertising network, so there is very little to collect in the first place. This page covers what there is, why we hold it and how to get it removed.

What We Collect

If you write to us, we hold your email address and whatever you put in the message, for as long as the exchange needs and a reasonable period afterwards. If you use the contact form, the same applies to the name and address you type into it.

Our hosting provider records standard server logs for every visitor: the IP address, the time of the request, the page requested, the referring page and the browser string. Those logs exist to keep the site up and to spot abuse, nothing else. We do not build a profile from them, we do not link them to anything that identifies you, and we do not sell them.

We never ask for and never want your payment details. Nobody from this site will email you for a card number, and a message that does is not from us.

Cookies

This site sets no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies and no consent banner, because there is nothing to consent to. No Google Analytics, no pixel, no tracker shared with a third party, and no local storage used to follow you between visits. That is unusual enough to be worth stating twice.

The operators we link to are a different matter. Click an affiliate link and the destination site may set its own cookie to record where the visit came from, which is how commission is attributed. That cookie is theirs, under their policy, and your browser settings control it. Clearing cookies or browsing privately removes it, and doing so costs you nothing as a player.

Why We Process Anything at All

Two legal bases, under UK GDPR. Legitimate interest covers the server logs and the security work they support, and it covers answering a message you chose to send. Legal obligation covers the rare case where we have to keep correspondence to deal with a complaint or a lawful request. We run no marketing list, so consent-based processing does not arise.

Who Else Sees It

Our hosting and email providers, as processors handling data on our behalf under contract. A professional adviser or an authority, if the law requires it. That is the whole list. We do not pass reader data to casino operators, and an operator who knows you came from here knows it from their own cookie rather than from us.

How Long We Keep It

Server logs are rotated within a few months. Correspondence is kept while the matter is live and then removed, except where keeping it is necessary to resolve a dispute. Nothing here is retained indefinitely for its own sake.

Your Rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, have it erased, ask us to restrict how it is used, object to processing based on legitimate interest, or receive it in a portable form. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within one month. If the answer does not satisfy you, the Information Commissioner's Office is the supervisory authority for the United Kingdom and takes complaints directly.

Security and Transfers

The site runs over HTTPS, mail access is restricted to the people who need it, and the small amount of data we hold is not copied into anything else. Where a provider processes data outside the United Kingdom, the transfer relies on an adequacy decision or on standard contractual clauses. This policy can change, and the version on this page is the one that applies.
